AMENITY AND LAUNDRY AREAS:
The amenities and laundry are for registered guests and on-site van owners only. Bathing of infants or young children in the laundry tubs or washing of clothes in hand basins or showers is not permitted. We ask that children be supervised by a responsible adult while using the amenities or laundry facilities. Please be considerate of the next user and always leave the facilities in a clean and tidy condition after use. Clothes should be removed from machines / lines as soon as practical.
BEHAVIOUR:
You and your party must respect the comfort of others staying in the park at all times. Any unruly behaviour, excessive noise, drunkenness, illicit drug use, bad and/or offensive language will not be tolerated and may result in you and your party being evicted from the park without refund.
CAMP KITCHEN:
The use of the park’s barbeques & camp kitchen area is permitted between the hours of 7am and 10pm daily. Please leave the area in a clean and tidy condition. Children under the age of 16 years must be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
BIKES:
Bicycles and push scooters may be ridden within the park during daylight hours only. HELMETS MUST BE WORN by both children and adults. They are to be ridden in a manner that does not endanger, or is not likely to endanger themselves, other property or any other persons. Park management reserve the right to confiscate any bike or scooter they deem is being used in a manner considered dangerous or a nuisance. The use of skateboards, roller blades or roller skates is NOT PERMITTED in the park for safety reasons.
BOATS AND BOAT RAMP USE:
Guests are welcome to bring their boats and use our on-site boat ramp. There is trailer parking located at the boat ramp and during off peak periods guests can park their boat and trailer at their campsite. Guests are requested to remove their boats from the river after use and not moor them.
We do not have boats for hire although you can find boat hire nearby.
There is a fee for non–guest day visitors to use our boat ramp
BUSHWALKING:
There are two short nature walks (500mts) and one longer hike (8km) that guests can enjoy while staying at the park. There are numerous other walking tracks, lookouts, waterfalls and national parks in the near vicinity of Greenmans on the Hawkesbury for the keen hiker.
CAMPFIRES/FIREWOOD/FIREPITS:
Campfires: Guests may have a small fire at their campsite. It is the guests responsibility to ensure the fire is kept small, under control and is supervised at all times. Fires are to be extinguished with water. During the period that the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) declare a fire ban, fires are not prohibited in the park.
Firewood: Firewood and kindling are sold at our kiosk. You are welcome to bring your own firewood however we do ask that you remove any screws, nails, bolts etc, before bringing it to the park.
Firepits: Please bring your own portable firepit with stand.

Early check-in and late departure requests are subject to approval by management.
CHILDREN:
Guests must ensure that their own children and children in their party are always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian whilst at the park. Guests agree to take full responsibility for, and fully ensure the personal safety, welfare, and protection of all persons under 18 years of age in their party at all times during their stay at the park.
DAMAGE:
Any damage to campground structures, on-site vans, the environment or wildlife, will result in immediate eviction and a ban from Greenmans on the Hawkesbury and a fee will be charged.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION/REFUNDS/CREDITS:
Deposit: For all bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation/site rate must be paid at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation:
Off-Peak policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation/site rate.
Peak policy:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation/site rate.
Refunds:
A refund may be issued subject to management approval or per above policies. Any refunds due will be processed to the same payment method which was used to pay for the booking.
Credits:
A credit may be requested which will be valid for 12 months from date of cancellation.
DOGS/PETS:
We have a strict NO DOG and NO PET policy. We love them though the native wildlife does not. Any guest who brings their dog or pet into the park, regardless of size or behaviour, will be asked to leave the park and take the animal home.
There is an exception for medically certified guide dogs.
DRINKING WATER:
It is advisable to bring your own drinking water as the main water supply for Greenmans is untreated rainwater. Please be mindful of water conservation and advise reception of any damage or leaks in the park.
DUMP POINT:
We have a dump point available for the disposal of grey water and black water.
EVACUATION:
Fire: Please go to the evacuation point located at boat ramp carpark. Please refer to park map for boat ramp location
All other emergencies: please go to the evacuation point located at the office carpark at the entrance to the park. Please refer to park map for office location.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING:
Please place all garbage in the bins provided. Do not place garbage beside bins or leave it at your campsite. Recycle Bins are for RECYCLABLE MATERIAL ONLY and not for general refuse. Any large items such as GAZEBOS, TENTS, POLES, CAMPING CHAIRS etc. are not acceptable to leave for the park to dispose of. PLEASE take these with you or you may incur a fee.
GAZEBOS:
Gazebos are permitted in the park however they must be tied down and secured safely. Please be aware that your gazebo must fit within the allocated camp site and must be taken with you when you depart. Any left Gazebos may incur a fee.
GENERATORS (MOTORISED BY FUEL):
Generators are not to be used in the park unless express permission has first been granted by management.
GETTING HERE
Exit the Pacific Motorway M1 at B83 MOUNT WHITE EXIT
Stop at the STOP SIGNS and then drive STRAIGHT AHEAD
Veer left onto MORGANS ROAD
Drive 2.3km turn LEFT at GREENMANS ON THE HAWKESBURY PARK SIGN
Drive 1.8km and arrive at park office
GREY WATER:
All greywater is to be contained in your vehicle and disposed of at the dump point.
KAYAK HIRE:
Greenmans has a small fleet of solo and tandem kayaks for hire. Please enquire in the office for prices and information.
NOISE:
Park quiet time is 10pm to7am daily. All loud noise MUST cease between these times. Undue noise, inconsiderate behaviour, abusive language and excessive noise will NOT be tolerated. Failing to respect these rules will result in immediate eviction and a ban from Greenmans on the Hawkesbury. Please consider others so the camping experience is enjoyable for all our guests.
PHONE RECEPTION:
Phone reception is very limited. Some phone providers have better reception than others. There is a public phone available on site and Wi-Fi is available at the office if your phone enables Wi-Fi calling.

Hours are extended through peak periods, decreased during off-peak periods, and will vary on public holidays. If you are arriving outside of office hours, please call to arrange payment and a gate entry code.

ROAD ACCESS:
The road to the park is roughly 1.8km down a steep decline with tarred corners and gravel straights and, depending on the recent weather conditions, may have an uneven surface/potholes. The road can be accessed by standard vehicles, motorhomes as well as appropriate vehicles towing caravans, boats, camper trailers etc. If you have limited towing experience, it is best driven for the first time during daylight hours. There are places to pull over nearer to the top of the road with the bottom third being one lane only. We are more than happy to ‘block’ off the road upon your entry and exit so you have the use of the full road and peace of mind that no one else is coming up or going down in the opposite direction to your travel.

SHOP/KIOSK:
We have a small kiosk located in the office. Basic items are sold such as
- Firewood and firelighters
- Ice
- Bait
- Ice creams
- Chips
- Soft Drinks
- Sweets, biscuits, lollies, marshmallows
- Insect repellent
Please note that the closest grocery store is approximately 20 minutes drive from the park
SITES:
We have both powered and non-powered sites. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific site requests however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. All sites are to be kept clean and tidy please.
SWIMMING:
Pool: The pool is open during warmer months. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No one is to permit any child or person who cannot swim to enter the pool enclosure unless they are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Pool users must not do anything that would endanger any other person and must abide by the ‘pool rules’ displayed within the pool area.
Hawkesbury River: We do not recommend you swim in the river.
VEHICLES/SPEED LIMIT:
The speed limit in the entire park is 10kph for all vehicles, including push bikes, and must be always adhered to. ALL roads within the park are shared by pedestrians and motorists. No unregistered vehicles or trailers are permitted in the park. No vehicles to be driven by unlicensed drivers.
VISITORS:
Visitors are welcome in the park – registration is required at the reception. There is a small fee for day visitors. If your visitors stay overnight charges will apply as per normal tariff. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and must ensure that they are aware of, and abide by, the park rules.
WI-FI:
Wi-Fi is limited. Free Wi-fi is available in the immediate vicinity of the Office.
